Just take a stroll through nature. This Nature Preserve contains tons of animals. It also contains a marsh with a wooden bridge going through it. Feed the fishes, feed the squirrels, interact with the deer. The Johnson Creek runs through this area and is one of three remaining trout streams in Southeastern Michigan. The wetlands surrounding the creek had been disrupted from prior human activities.
The Nature Preserve and Marsh are on Ridge Road, a dirt road, inbetween 5 Mile and 6 Mile. There is a small parking lot available at the entrance of the preserve.
